Refunds

Provided 48 hours notice: If you need to cancel your tour, we offer a full refund as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the start time of the tour.

Ticket Exchanges

Within 48 hours and up to start time: If you need to cancel your tour within 48 hours of the start time, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we are happy to exchange your tickets for a later date, subject to availability.
