Mad Alice herself had an unbelievable ability to know and then remember everyone’s name in a group of nearly 60 people having never met them before. The tour lasted about 90 mins and we were given some very interesting detailed stories as we walked around York. Definitely recommend.

As we were in York for the York Georgian Festival it was an obvious choice to join Mad Alice on what is now known as ‘Mad Alice’s Bloody Execution Tour’. We’ve previously enjoyed ‘Mad Alice’s The Bloody Tour of York’ so we had a good idea of what to expect that afternoon. How wrong we were! ‘Mad Alice’s Bloody Execution Tour’ was even better with slightly darker tales, new locations, and dare I say, even better storytelling. Looking forward to enjoying her other new walk when we return in December. We’d be MAD to miss it!
