1. Booking and Payment

1.3 Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket and all relevant details. 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made by participants must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 The Bloody Tour of York reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 

3. Tour Requirements and Conduct

3.1 Participants must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
3.2 The Bloody Tour of York reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a threat to the safety and enjoyment of other participants.
3.3 Participants are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund. 

4. Age Restrictions

4.1 The Bloody Tour of York is intended for a general audience; however, some content may be unsuitable for young children.
4.2 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the tour.
4.3 Parents and guardians are encouraged to consider whether the content is suitable for young or sensitive children. 

5. Liability

5.1 The Bloody Tour of York and its guides are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
5.2 Participants agree to undertake the tour at their own risk and waive any claims against the Bloody Tour of York for any incidents arising during the tour.
5.3 Participants are encouraged to have personal travel insurance that covers all relevant activities and risks. 

6. Photography and Media

6.1 Participants are welcome to take photographs for personal use during the tour. However, commercial use of any photographs or recordings is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Bloody Tour of York.
6.2 By participating in the tour, you grant the Bloody Tour of York permission to use any photographs or videos taken by our staff during the tour for promotional purposes. 
6.3 Filming of the tour in its entirety and/or live streaming of the tour is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this condition may result in the removal of the individual from the tour without refund. The Bloody Tour of York reserves the right to protect members of the public and its staff from unauthorised filming. Short clips may be filmed for personal use and for use on social media with the tour guide’s expressed permission.
